I-Remodel Group is proud to present its specialty in this industry: Interior Design. Our team is composed of licensed interior designers who are creative and detail-oriented. We are very hands-on. For each project, our designers are readily available for concerns and suggestions during the design process.
We offer design services for residential, commercial, and industrial interiors. This package consists of the entire design process from schematic design to contract documents and up until construction supervision. For this service, we produce complete interior design plans for our clients.
We offer 2 Interior Design packages:
A. Interior Design Package A – For 1,500 per sqm, this package includes the complete interior design plans and supervision during the construction phase.
B. Interior Design Package B – This package is partnered with our renovation package. We will produce complete interior design plans for you and this will serve as a deductible cost for when you choose us to be your contractor.

Architectural Design
Our design and operations team is ready to give you complete architectural plans and supervision during the construction.
I-Remodel Group’s design team is also composed of both licensed interior designers and architects to design your dream home into a safe haven. Our architects will hold meetings with you for your revisions and at the same time suggest alternatives to reach your desired spaces. We will design both your exterior and interior plans.
We offer 2 Architectural Design packages:
A. Interior Design Package A – For P1,000/sqm, this package includes the complete set of plans a pursuing house owner needs to build their dream home. This includes architectural, structural, electrical, and sanitary plans.
B. Interior Design Package B – For P2,000/sqm, this package is partnered with our interior design package. We will produce complete set of plans including interior design plans for both your exterior and interior spaces.
